CFC Industriebeteiligungen AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Dortmund, today announces that the acquisition of NewTal Elektronik und Systeme GmbH, Neu-Ulm, has been successfully completed. The transaction was subject to closing conditions that are fulfilled by now.

NewTal will be a company of the CFC electronic group and will further strengthen the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) business segment in the area of sophisticated industrial electronics in Germany.
